Page not Processing My Html

A frustrating issue for many new Drupal users is when trying to place HTML code into a content page only to find that it doesn't actually process when saved. What happened?

By default, the Drupal software automatically uses a Filtered HTML format. This will allow web page addresses and e-mail addresses to convert to links, but only a limited amount of HTML tags will process.

In order to make some codes process, such as HTML tables and images, you will need to select the Full HTML format under the Input format section, which is located below the content box.

As you can see, this is a really simple fix, once you know where to look. For more information on the HTML specifics, choose to view the link in the Input format section for "more information about formatting options".
